  このフィルターが https にリダイレクトするタイミングを構成します。デフォルトでは、フィルターは取引所のスキームが https でない場合は常にリダイレクトされます

  パラメーター:

  matchers - 条件が満たされたときにフィルターが https にリダイレクトする条件のリスト
