ResponseStatusException のインスタンス（基本クラスから継承）を検出する一般的な WebFlux 例外ハンドラーと、それらの HTTP ステータスを判断し、それに応じてレスポンスのステータスを更新することにより、@ResponseStatus でアノテーション付けされた例外。レスポンスがすでにコミットされている場合、エラーは未解決のまま残り、伝播されます。
