  スキャンする @Configuration、@Component、JSR 330 アノテーション付きクラスを含む指定された基本パッケージ、またはコンテキスト構成メタデータファイルの指定された場所に基づいて、ConfigurableApplicationContext のインスタンスを作成 (構築および構成) します。作成された ConfigurableApplicationContext は自動的に「リフレッシュ」されないため、呼び出し元が手動で「リフレッシュ」する必要があります。basePackages が指定されている場合は、AnnotationConfigApplicationContext のインスタンスが構築され、スキャンが実行されます。それ以外の場合は、ClassPathXmlApplicationContext のインスタンスが configLocations で初期化されます。このメソッドは、basePackages と configLocations の両方が指定されている場合、AnnotationConfigApplicationContext よりも ClassPathXmlApplicationContext を優先します。

  パラメーター:

  basePackages - アプリケーション @Components および @Configuration クラスをスキャンする基本パッケージ。

  configLocations - ClassPathXmlApplicationContext インスタンスを構成するために使用されるコンテキスト構成メタデータファイルの場所を示す文字列配列。

  戻り値:
