PoolAdapter クラスは、抽象基本クラスであり、Pool インターフェースのデフォルトの no-op 実装です。これにより、実装クラスがこのアダプターを継承し、この実装でサポートされる Pool メソッド / 操作を選択できるようになります。たとえば、1 つの実装として Spring Data GemFire の PoolFactoryBean が考えられます。これは、Pool の「構成」とメタデータのみが必要で、実際の接続や動作状態情報 (pendingEventCount など) は必要ないコンテキストで、Pool として動作できます。
