Jersey ベースの管理コンテキストの構成。

@ManagementContextConfiguration。管理コンテキストがメインアプリケーションコンテキストと同じ場合の Jersey インフラストラクチャの@ManagementContextConfiguration。使用前に管理コンテキストで Jersey のResourceConfigをカスタマイズしたい Bean によって実装できるコールバックインターフェース。
